Okon Tommy Umoh
Okon Umoh is an experienced Chartered Secretary & Administrator. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, London and Nigeria. He was a Council member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria for several years and currently serves in various committees of the Institute.
Okon is an Associate Partner (Regulatory & Company Secretarial Services) of the firm. Before joining the firm, he had worked briefly in the Company Secretarial unit of Deloitte as a Manager. He also worked with Ernst & Young for over twenty (20) years. While at Ernst & Young, he worked in the Regulatory, Company Secretarial and Compliance unit of the firm. He eventually headed the Regulatory, Company Secretarial and Compliance unit for several years.
